AI adoption for professional firms

Practical help from a
fellow firm owner.

David Vyborny · Charleston, South Carolina

Find where AI fits, put it into practice, and bring your team along.

Start with one useful workflow.

Illustrative example: meeting follow-up. Not a client result.

  1. 01 · Starting material

    Meeting notes

Gather the notes and decisions your team already records.

  2. 02 · AI assistance

    Draft next steps

Organize actions, owners, and open questions into a first draft.

  3. 03 · Professional judgment

    Human review

Check the details, correct the draft, and decide what to share.

Your team stays responsible for the final work. AI helps prepare it.

Our approach

A useful next step. Then a way forward.

AI adoption starts with real work: the information to organize, the handoffs to improve, and the people who need to use it.

Professional judgment stays with the people responsible for the work.

  1. Find the right starting point

Look at how your firm works today. Identify where AI could help, what needs to be in place, and what is better left alone.

  2. Put it into practice

Turn a useful idea into a repeatable workflow, with clear instructions, human review, and hands-on support for your team.

  3. Keep improving

See how the approach works in day-to-day use. Refine it as your team learns, your needs change, and the tools develop.

Meet the founder

A firm owner. A practical perspective.

David Vyborny

Founder, Firmatic AI

Charleston, South Carolina

The questions behind Firmatic are ones David has worked through in his own professional practice.

A Virginia-licensed immigration attorney, David has run his own law firm since 2016. Since late 2023, he has used AI extensively in his practice: building its internal operating system, systematizing workflows, and creating a website and knowledge base that he continues to grow with AI.

That firsthand work shapes his approach to Firmatic: understand how a team actually works, improve organization and handoffs, and keep professional judgment with the people accountable for the work.
